Customer Success Manager

Cambridge, Massachusetts / Optional full time or part time position


RueBaRue is looking for a self-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) who thrives in a start-up environment.

We're an innovative digital company that helps vacation rental management businesses build their companies using smart communication. As part of a fast-growing sector of the travel industry, we offer an exciting, upbeat work environment.

As CSM, you have the unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of our company. You'll accomplish this by bringing in new customers and guiding them through every step of the process, from sign-up and learning to use our product to implementing the new tools we introduce and devising ways to use our multifaceted platform.

You must be comfortable consulting with a variety of customers across the United States.

  • Work with customers to manage their successful use of our product, from sign-up and training to implementation
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers. Act as product expert, customer advocate and liaison between customers and RueBaRue's development team to translate business requirements into product enhancements
  • Conduct monthly proactive customer outreach to review usage and assess overall satisfaction
  • Support sales by giving demos to prospective customers
    • Travel to industry conferences to give product demos
    • Help upgrade training documents on the RueBaRue website
    • Manage customer data in CRM
    • Run periodic webinars
    • Collect customer feedback


  • 5+ years in a fast paced, SaaS client service role that includes experience signing up and working with new customers
  • Strong project management background in a client relations/account management environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to drive customer loyalty, retention and expansion
  • Excellent oral and written communicative skills for individual and group presentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills for initiating and building positive relationships
  • Cross functional leadership and team coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set feasible expectations and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly detail oriented and quality driven
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced and evolving start up environment while keeping a positive attitude and a smile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, word, and PowerPoint) experience a plus
